In the heart of the Sorrento Peninsula you cannot miss a great culinary experience where you will discover the secrets of the typical Neapolitan cuisine. Learn the local traditional recipes with a cooking lesson in the heart of Sorrento. All seasonal recipes reflect the tradition of the peninsula and the chef uses the best seasonal ingredients available.
Morning session: 11 am to 1:30 pm.
Evening session: 6 pm to 8:30 pm.
Menu example:
Prosecco cocktail to start, tasting local cheese and meats.
First course: handmade pasta (gnocchi or ravioli) .
Second course: eggplant parmesan, meatballs or chicken “Cacciatora” style with cherry tomatoes, vegetables and white or red wine).
Dessert: Tiramisù
You can choose between Meat Menu, Fish Menu and Vegetarian Menu.
